Arlington National Cemetery
150th Anniversary
June 15, 1864 ~ June 15, 2014
What was once created out of necessity during the American Civil War, Arlington National Cemetery is the final resting place for more than 400,000 active duty military members, veterans and their families. The common thread of service to country binds all who are remembered and honored there for their willingness to defend and protect our freedoms. America's heroes are buried here from every American conflict, from the Revolutionary War to the conflicts of the 21st century, and will continue to be for generations to come.
Wreaths Across America did it! All sections covered at Arlington National Cemetery with a wreath on every Veteran's grave.
