CAPTAIN PAT'S HELPFUL HINTS & TIPS
We promise to make your trip with us as fun and rewarding as possible. Here are just a few things we'd like to point out:
WHAT WE PROVIDE:
Water, ice, cooler and comfortable seating with shaded area.
WHAT TO WEAR?
~ Boat shoes, sneakers (white sole) highly recommended.
(NO barefeet, shoes with black soles or street shoes please, for your own
protection and to prevent damage to the vessel)
~ Lightweight, comfortable clothes.
~ Hat or Visor (we recommend one that fits securely)
~ Sunglasses (polarized lenses with UV protection are highly recommended)
THINGS TO BRING:
~ Any prescription medications, special dietary food or drink, or other medical
supplies.
~ So, if you think motion sickness may be a problem, check with your doctor for
available remedies.
(Although we are protected in the canals by calmer water, the river may get a
bit choppy at times).
~ Photography Equipment
(bring a case to protect your camera when not in use)
~ Suntan lotion with sunscreen (non-staining lotion, please no oils)
~ Personal CD’s for the ship’s stereo.
~ Feel free to bring along your own food and beverages.
